English name: Polyamide, Nylon or PA for short. Polyamide has different models, mainly including PA6, PA66, PA46, PA11 and PA12. Due to different models, the physical properties are different, which is mainly due to the different composition and structure of their molecular chains.

PA6 natural color (white)/black: PA6 has good mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical shock absorption and wear resistance. With good electrical insulation and chemical corrosion resistance, PA6 has become a universal material for mechanical structural parts.

PA66 natural color (cream yellow)/black: Compared with PA6, PA66 has higher mechanical strength, stiffness, heat resistance and wear resistance. It also has higher creep strength, but its impact strength and mechanical damping capacity are reduced.

PA66-GF30 black: this material is reinforced by 30% glass fiber and belongs to heat stabilized nylon material. It has higher strength, stiffness, creep resistance, dimensional stability and outstanding wear resistance. In addition, its long-term operating temperature is increased to 120 ℃.

PA66-MOS2 grey black: this nylon is filled with molybdenum disulfide. Compared with PA 66, its rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability are improved, but its impact strength is reduced. Molybdenum disulfide improves the crystal structure of the material, which improves the bearing capacity and wear resistance of the material.

PA46 brown red: Compared with ordinary nylon, PA46 has advantages in heat resistance, mechanical strength under high temperature, heat aging resistance, wear resistance, etc. Its long-term use temperature can reach 155 ℃.

High impact strength and high functional load resistance;

Low friction coefficient, good wear resistance;

Good fatigue strength;

Good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma - and X-ray);

Disadvantages:

PA6 water absorption is up to 9%;

Physical stability and dimensional stability are affected by temperature and temperature;

Scope of application:

Nylon is widely used in wear-resistant bearings, shaft sleeves, gears, wear-resistant sliding blocks, blocks, chain rails, seals, valve pieces, etc.
