Five general plastics

1、 PE: Good insulation performance.

1. LDPE: characterized by good insulation and heat resistance, it is suitable for daily necessities and blown film.

2. HDPE: characterized by resistance to environmental stress cracking, applicable to daily necessities, films, medium containers, plates and pipes, and valves.

2、 ABS: heat-resistant, high surface temperature, stable size, good electrical performance, easy forming, chrome plating and other characteristics, applicable to electrical parts, industrial accessories.

1. High impact resistance ABS: impact resistance, elasticity better than ABS, tensile strength, fluidity, durability lower than ABS, applicable to auto parts, TV chassis.

2. Heat resistance ABS: The heat resistance is superior to ABS, and it is suitable for products requiring heat resistance.

3、 PA: Nylon

1. PA6: Wear resistance and self lubrication, low temperature resistance, heat resistance, good mechanical strength, large water absorption, applicable to bearings, gears, valves and other parts.

2. PA66: Wear resistance, self lubrication, high and low temperature resistance, high water absorption, suitable for gears, pulleys, medical devices, powder foam can be used as coating.

3. Transparent PA: It has good mechanical and electrical properties, is resistant to non base acid hydrocarbon lipids, and is not resistant to alcohols. It is suitable for textile machinery, automotive machinery, high-strength sockets and safety switches.

4、 PC: High transparency, hard and tough, high impact resistance, stable size, crack resistance, and good electrical insulation. It is applicable to accessories such as protective cover, screw, aviation, optics, etc.

5、 PS: Water resistance, chemical resistance, good insulation, impact resistance and temperature resistance. It is applicable to decorative materials, cups, lampshades, toothbrushes and toys.

1、 POM:

1. Homopolyoxymethylene POM: It is a kind of material with stable size, high gloss, good mechanical strength, good abrasion resistance, and hard thermoplastic material zui. It is suitable for radio cores and instrument housings.

2. Copolymerized POM: the mechanical strength is not as good as homopolymer, and the thermal stability is better than homopolymer. It is suitable for power distribution panels, automobile steering wheel bearings, and carburetors.

2、 PP:

1. Enhanced PP: Its mechanical properties are superior to PP, and it is used for electrical insulation products, auto parts, and medical devices.

2. PP: the zui in the plastic is light, with good electrical properties, good bending properties, water resistance and drug resistance, and its mechanical strength is higher than that of PE. It is suitable for packaging containers, packaging bags and woven bags with good insulation.

3、 PPO: High temperature and water resistance, hard and tough, difficult to shape, easy to crack, high cost. Applicable to electronic equipment parts and water vapor resistant parts.

4、 PVC:

1. Hard PVC (upvc): chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, good electrical insulation performance. Suitable for containers, pipe building materials, furniture.

2. Soft PVC (SPVC): chemical resistant, wear-resistant, and heat resistant light chlorine property is improved by stabilizer. It is used for covering wires, wire tubes, shoes, toys, fibers, etc.

5、 PBT: small friction factor, small water absorption, excellent electrical performance, good toughness and fatigue resistance. Suitable for transformer wire frame and motor cover.

6、 PET: impact strength, poor heat resistance, extremely large internal stress, suitable for video tapes, zippers, packaging bottles, films, mechanical equipment insulation materials.
